About the inventor

Mike Redman is a teacher, musician, inventor of numerous patented products – and of course, an avid cyclist. Apart from the freedom and connection with nature that cycling provides, he believes that increasing the opportunities for human-powered transport leads to positive environmental outcomes.

As the world moves toward a cleaner and greener future, he hopes that the go-tow can play a part in helping people make the choice for pedal power over petrol power more often.

Smaller footprints make big differences

The inspiration behind the go-tow was to expand the load-carrying functionality of the humble bicycle, to make it a viable choice over a car for everyday errands and outdoor excursions that require more than just a backpack or pannier.

The design, manufacture and selection of materials has been made with a conscious effort to reduce wastage and ensure longevity. Going against the grain of disposable manufacturing and built-in obsolescence, the go-tow’s rust proof aluminium frame and stainless steel components are designed to last.

With functionality that goes beyond any comparable product on the market, the go-tow will change the way you think of and use your bike.
