  1. Push out the trailer walls fully and adjust insert block so pin holes are aligned.
    Slide in the silver pins with C clip. Click the C clip once pin is in place.

  2. Slide the trailer arm holder onto the side of the trailer.
    Push it along the attached tracks until it clicks over the push button.

  3. Push the trailer arm into the trailer arm holder until push button clicks

  4. Attach the rear wheels by sliding the wheels axle into the axle of the trailer. Push all the way in until you hear a click. To detach the rear wheels push the silver release arm which is located on the axle on the underside of the trailer.

  5. Attach the front jockey wheel by inserting the insert of the wheel into the aluminium block at the front of the trailer. Once in slide 6mm pin into hole to secure.

  6. Attach pull bar with bolt and nut supplied. The bottom of the pull bar sits in between the steel arms at the front of the trailer. Once it is sitting in place push the bolt through and tighten the plastic nut on the right side.

  7. To attach the push frame slide the z brackets (on the frame) over the middle bar of the rear wall and push the bottom of the frame into the angle brackets at the rear. Once in place rotate the curved brackets so they hold the push frame firmly in place

  8. Attach the cargo bag by placing the velcro straps over the top bars of the walls.

  9. To attach the cargo hitch to your bike undo the nut / quick release from the rear wheel axle.
    Place the hitch on the outside of the bike frame and re-tighten your nut / quick release over the hitch

  10. Attach the trailer arm to your bike by taking it out of the holder and placing it in the aluminium block at the bottom right hand side of the trailer (underneath the arm / front wheel holder). Slide the black end of the trailer arm into the block until you hear the push button click. Once in place push the 6mm pin into place to secure arm with the trailer.

  11. Attach the trailer arm to your bike by sliding the end of the arm over the bike hitch. Adjust the end so the holes are aligned and once in place push the C clip through and click the C clip over the pin to secure.

  12. When the trailer is secured to your bike remove the front jockey wheel and store it in the arm / wheel holder.
