Returns & Warranty
The go-tow cargo carrier has a two year warranty.
The go-tow pet lead has a one year warranty.
The go-tow cooler bag has a one year warranty.
Warranty does not include general wear and tear or any damage caused by the customer.
For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, return shipping fees (domestic Australia only) will be covered by Go-tow.

We do not accept any packages returned by Aust Post COD (Cash On Delivery).
Most parcels will be returned using Aust Post, however there will be some exceptions for oversize items due to post limitations.
Please return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return items must be in brand new and re-sellable condition with all packaging - including all product tags, labels & original packaging.
Go-tow will usually process returns within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back.
For warranties, please return within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.
Warranties will usually be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days.
Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased.
Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
Refunds of items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
Please allow up to five (5) days after Go-tow has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
